A&M's **Private Equity Performance Improvement practice (PEPI)** focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is supporting private equity owned portfolio companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
As an **Intern (M/F/d)** you will be part of the PEPI team for 3 months. As part of the internship program, you may have exposure to:
- Working on client engagements (either in the office or on client site)
- Developing company and industrial analyses
- Supporting research initiatives and new business development
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s/MBA programme
- Strong analytical skills combined with well-developed financial modelling capabilities
- Relevant practical experience within a Big 4, leading strategy consultancy or investment bank
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
