Unser Kunde ist einer der führenden Private Equity Fonds mit Fokus auf den Software-Sektor in Westeuropa. Er wurde vor kurzem von einem Team erfahrener Investoren und Entrepreneure mit langjähriger Erfahrung in diesem Sektor gegründet. In weniger als 18 Monaten hat das Team ihren ersten Fonds aufgelegt. Derzeit sind sie dabei, ihren zweiten Fonds aufzulegen.
- Das Unternehmen hat sich auf Partnerschaften mit gründergeführten B2B-Softwarefirmen spezialisiert. Dabei wird das umfangreiche Netzwerk und die Erfahrung der Gründer genutzt, um das Wachstum und die Wertschöpfung der Portfoliounternehmen zu fördern. Zur Verstärkung ihres wachsenden Teams sind sie nun auf der Suche nach einem Fund Controller.**Was die Aufgabe beinhaltet**:
- Betreuung von Akquisitionen und Exits von Portfoliounternehmen, einschließlich der Erstellung und Abwicklung von Unternehmenstransaktionsstrukturen, der Bearbeitung von Kaufpreiszahlungen und der Transaktionsdokumentation
- Koordination und Überwachung des quartalsweisen Investorenreportings einschließlich capital accounts, capital calls, Ausschüttungen sowie Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse (IFRS / KAGB)
- Erfassung, Aufbereitung und Analyse der finanziellen Entwicklung der Portfoliounternehmen
- Überwachung und Koordination von Jahresabschlüssen, Steuererklärungen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen für Fondsgesellschaften, SPVs und dazugehörige Investmentgesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der quartalsweisen Bewertung der Portfoliounternehmen für das Investorenreporting und die Jahresabschlüsse (IPEV)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von CapTables, der Kalkulation von Gesellschafterdarlehen und Ausschüttungssimulationen (Waterfall calculations)
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichten (z.B. Performance-Reports, Benchmark-Reports) für die unterschiedlichen Stakeholder sowie Beantwortung von Investorenanfragen
- Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Fondsadministratoren, Steuerberater und Auditers
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse und Strukturen
- Unterstützung verschiedener Projekte, z.B. fortlaufende Digitalisierung der Fondsprozesse, Reporting-Tools, CRM-Optimierung oder Unterstützung im Fundraising-Prozess
- Erstellung und Überwachung der Budget
- und Liquiditätsplanung für den General Partner
- Überwachung der Compliance der Investmentstruktur mit den Aufsichtsbehörden
**Wen wir suchen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder in verwandten Disziplinen.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltung, Fondscontrolling
- Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS sind von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrungen oder gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Private Equity Fonds
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Word
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamplayer mit Liebe zum Detail
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
