Für unser europäisches Headquarter in Ismaning suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

**Teamlead (m/w/d) Controlling/Reporting**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse in Übereinstimmung mit den lokalen GAAP und den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Entwicklung und Pflege des Konzernberichtswesens des Unternehmens
- Erstellung von Managementberichten und anderen Ad-hoc-Berichten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter der Finanzabteilung und anderen Mitgliedern des Finanzteams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Finanzberichterstattung des Unternehmens korrekt und zeitnah erfolgt und allen geltenden Vorschriften entspricht
- Bereitstellung von Analysen und Reports zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
- Überwachen der Änderungen der Rechnungslegungsstandards und -vorschriften
- Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Berichterstattungsverfahren und neuer Systeme nach Bedarf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konzernberichterstattung, Buchhaltung oder einer verwandten Funktion
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von IFRS und deutschen GAAP, Kenntnisse anderer europäischer GAAP von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen
- Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Excel sowie anderer Reporting-Softwarelösungen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten

**Erwünschte Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung im Controlling (FP&A) ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS), Fast-Close-Prozessen und Konzernstrukturen
- CPA oder CMA Qualifikation nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung mit Risikomanagement und internen Kontrollen
- Frühere Personalverantwortung für ein kleines Team wünschenswert
