Position: Team Lead Parts & Service Backoffice (m/w/d)

Bereich: Aftermarket Service

Einsatzort: HQ Ismaning

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Parts-Abteilung und das Service Back Office
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams und Weiterentwicklung der Team-Mitarbeiter und -Mitarbeiterinnen
  • Schnittstelle zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internen Fachabteilungen
  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose und termingerechte Abwicklung von externen und internen Anfragen
  • Definition, Organisation und Überwachung der benötigten Ressourcen (Personal und Material) zur zeitgerechten Abarbeitung der Aufträge und Anfragen
  • Stetige Analyse der Prozesse und Probleme, finden von Lösungen und ggf. Optimierung der Prozesse zum Erreichen der Qualitätsziele
  • Steuerung der Teamauslastung unter Berücksichtigung der Einhaltung des Arbeitszeitgesetzes
  • Unterstützung der Ethik-Ziele des Unternehmens durch proaktive Mitarbeit

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung als Team Lead oder Lust dazu, diesen Schritt zu gehen
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und stetiger Austausch mit dem Team
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Lösungsorientiertes und selbstständiges Handeln
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
