Unser Mandant ist ein äußerst erfolgreicher Anbieter von Mikronährstoffen “Made in Germany” und befindet sich in Private-Equity-Hand. Der Vertrieb erfolgt über Ärzte, die die Präparate empfehlen. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass Patienten die Präparate adäquat einnehmen, um den höchsten gesundheitlichen Nutzen zu erzielen. Das Unternehmen ist permanent auf der Suche nach mehr Wissen, besseren Rohwaren und wirkungsvolleren Rezepturen. Es ist äußerst erfolgreich und genießt bei den Ärzten im Netzwerk eine hohe Reputation.

Geplant ist ein Wachstum mit bestehender Ärztebasis, der Ausbau des Partnernetzwerks in allen relevanten Arztgruppen in Deutschland, der Ausbau des Partnernetzwerks an Heilpraktikern und sonstigen Alternativmedizinern sowie eine Internationalisierung.

Zur Unterstützung bei der weiteren Umsetzung der Expansion suchen wir einen CCO (m/w/d). Der Unternehmenseigentümer ist ein angesehener europäischer Private-Equity-Fund mit Sitz in Deutschland.

Das Investment befindet sich am Anfang des Investmentzyklus. Eine Longterm-Incentivierung ist möglich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitglied des Management Teams und Leitung des Gesamtvertriebs unseres Kunden
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der weiteren Expansionsstrategie
- Verantwortung für das Vertriebs
- und Marketingbudget sowie für alle relevanten Performance-KPIs
- Kurz-, mittel
- und langfristige Planung der Absatz
- und Profitabilitätsziele sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von KPI-basierten Vertriebs
- und Marketingstrategien
- Erarbeitung und marktseitige Umsetzung der Portfoliostrategie in enger Abstimmung mit den kaufmännischen und technischen Bereichen
- Leitung des Marketings und Umsetzung kreativer Ideen
- Professionelle Marken
- und Produktkommunikation und Steuerung des Marketing-Mix über definierte KPIs
- Weiterentwicklung der Kooperationen mit bestehenden und potenziellen neuen Partnern: Ärzte, Therapeuten und Apotheker

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Langjährige Marketing
- & Vertriebserfahrung mit mehrjähriger Führungsverantwortung eines Geschäftsbereichs und belegter Off-/Online Vertriebs
- & Marketingexpertise
- Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse der kaufmännischen Unternehmensführung und deren KPIs (GuV; Bilanz; Cashflow)
- Idealerweise substanzielle Erfahrung in der Vermarktung von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln oder OTC-Produkten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Apotheken, Drogeriemärkten und Distributoren
- Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau und dem Betrieb von e-commerce-Vertriebssystemen
- Ausgewiesener Teamplayer mit Begeisterung für eine Führungsrolle im Mittelstand
- Hands-on-Mentalität, unternehmerische Einstellung und ausgeprägt analytische Denkweise
- Sicheres Auftreten, gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, professionelle Verhandlungsführung
