**Team/Bereich**

Der Unternehmensbereich Technologie, Daten und Innovation (TDI) stellt Applikationen und technologische Infrastruktur über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Deutschen Bank zur Verfügung. TDI arbeitet eng mit allen Unternehmensbereichen (Unternehmensbank, Investment Bank, Privatkundenbank und DWS) sowie alle Infrastrukturbereichen (u.a. Risiko, Finanzen, Personal) zusammen, um die Produkte und Dienstleistungen der Bank zu ermöglichen und zu verbessern.

Das TDI Chief of Staff Office ist zentraler Ansprechpartner und Koordinator für das zuständige Vorstandsmitglied, den Chief Technology, Data and Innovation Officer (CTDIO). Es ist Kompetenzzentrum für die tägliche Arbeit des CTDIOs, übernimmt die Leitung des Büros und die Verantwortung für die Koordination zentraler Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam von TDI.

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von streng vertraulichen Projekten mit Fokus auf Technologie und Innovation mit direktem Vorstandsbezug
- Strategische Initiativen und Projekte, in Vertretung des CTDIO, unterstützen sowie analytische Entscheidungsvorbereitung
- Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und des Governance Models für den Bereich, mit Fokus auf das Executive Committee
- Koordination von zentralen Aufgaben für das Head Office und Executive Committee inkl. der Planung und Organisation von Terminen und Events

**Fähigkeiten & Erfahrungen**
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Organisation eines Bereiches bzw. größerer Events inkl. sichererem Umgang mit Senior Stakeholdern
- Verständnis der Geschäftsbereiche der Deutschen Bank und der Finanzindustrie, bestehenden und neuen Wettbewerbern sowie aktuellen Technologie Trends
- Analytische Fähigkeiten mit guter Balance zwischen strategischen und pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen in Kombination mit unternehmerischer Denkweise, ausgeprägtem Sinn für Priorisierung und "getting things done"-Mentalität als ausgewiesener Teamplayer mit Ausdauer und persönlichem Antrieb sowie einem hohen Maß Eigenverantwortung; sehr hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Vertraulichkeit und Integrität
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse aller MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint sowie verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Team/Division**

TDI Chief of Staff Office is the central contact and coordinator for the Chief Technology, Data and Innovation Officer (CTDIO). It is the center of expertise for the daily work of the CTDIO, takes over the management of the office and takes responsibility for the coordination of key projects in cooperation with the TDI management team.
- Plan, organize and implement of strictly confidential projects focusing on technology and innovation with direct management board involvement
- Facilitate strategic initiatives and projects representing CTDIO and prepare analytical decision-making
- Support the organization and further development of the governance model for the area focused on the Executive Committee
- Coordination of central tasks for the Head Office and Executive Committee including the planning and organization of appointments and events

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in organization of international tasks for an area or major events incl. the safe handling of senior stakeholders
- Understanding of Deutsche Bank's business activities and the overall financial industry, existing and new competitors, and current technology trends
- Analytical skills with a good balance between strategic and pragmatic approaches in combination with entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented working style, a strong sense of prioritization and getting things done as a proven team players with endurance and personal drive, as well as a high personal responsibility; very high levels of reliability, confidentiality, and integrity
