**Your Job**:

- Collaborate closely with purchasing managers to facilitate the smooth operation of the purchasing department.
- Review purchasing agreements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive offer template files.
- Provide assistance in contract management processes.

**Your Profile**:

- Ideally possess prior experience in a purchasing position.
- Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing functions and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, including a comprehensive understanding of sourcing principles and the ability to maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing and working with various analytical tools.
