Product Assistant Value Team Lead

Job Description:
Sales Support RoleYou will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction as a Product Assistant Value Team Lead. With a strong focus on administration and data analysis, you will work closely with the sales team to maximise sales, reporting, and promotional activity across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide robust administration support, including sales data analysis and forecasting, stock control liaison, and order chasing.
- Serve as the primary interface with buying assistants of key accounts, addressing any situations that arise.
- E nsure accurate and timely completion of quotes and spec forms for accounts within specified time limits.
- Support the account team in planning, booking, and monitoring account-specific promotional activity, recording all aspects in Sales Force.
How You Will Create Impact:
Sales Support• Ensure Buying Assistants and Senior Buyers have necessary information and assistance for daily duties,
• Resolve queries accordingly, including resolving Senior Buyers' queries in the absence of NAMs,
• Keep Buying Assistants informed of relevant marketing opportunities,
• Respond to reasonable requests from Buying Assistants appropriately.
Stock Control
• Provide a supportive role and communication link between Stock Control and the Sales Team for all accounts,
• Chase stock control for orders as required, aligning with forecasts.
Meetings
• Prepare agendas, sales data, stock levels, and presentations as needed,
• Take minutes and provide detailed contact reports on meeting outcomes, including an action plan for both parties,
• Follow up on action points to ensure achievement and closure post-meeting.
Forecasting
• Compile season forecast sheets,
• Assist with forecasting as required,
• Analyse sales out data to aid planned intakes,
• Chase stock controllers for orders in line with demand forecasts.
Selections
• Produce domestic quotes, collate dimensions, images, and prices for customers as needed,
• Verify HK FOB quotes prior to sending to customers,
• Collaborate with Finance regarding pricing and MOQs,
• Compile season listing sheets,
• Request Price/Discount setups as required.
Samples
• Work with marketing to secure stock, mock-ups, images, and samples for customers within the required timeframe.
Promotions
• Support the account team and customer buying team in planning and implementing customer-specific promotional activity (and materials),
• Record and monitor invoicing of such promotions in Sales Force.
Reports
• Analyse other promotional activity in stores and recommend suitable actions to prevent lost opportunities,
• Be aware of retail product pricing and communicate this to the marketing team as appropriate,
• Monitor product placement and make suggestions to the Sales Team regarding future ordering,
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team in their absence,
• Facilitate and organise trade fairs or customer in-house buying events,
• Represent Spin Master if needed,
• Perform basic administrative and office management tasks,
• Manage the showroom and storage room,
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as may be required by the Directors,
• Complete tasks professionally and on time at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum A-Level standard education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the CPG or Toy industry
- Retail experience either at store level or retail planning is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Sales Force (or similar CRM tool)
- Demonstrated organisation, planning, and communication skills
- Capacity to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
