Director of Administration

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for establishing the administrative management system for the logistics and warehousing system in the European region and formulating management standards, as well as implementing the group's culture in Europe;
2. In charge of providing logístical support services for employees in logistics and warehousing parks, including canteen, dormitory, environment, employee welfare, and integrated affairs;
3. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the process of implementing administrative management standards and requirements in regional administrative teams, and promote the optimization and iteration of the administrative management standard system;
4. Assist the group's headquarters culture department in localizing the cultural system in Europe, and enhance the cohesion of the local European team through peak season cultural activities;
5. Responsible for reducing unnecessary resource consumption and controlling administrative expense expenditures to achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement goals in the administrative dimension of the region;
6. Continuously optimize, improve, and enhance the administrative service experience and quality for warehousing staff.
7. Effectively build a talent pipeline for the department through recruitment and training.
**Job Requirements**:
2. Familiar with administrative work processes, have strong practical experience in administrative affairs management, and possess some experience in building administrative management systems and institutions;
3. Possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, a strong service consciousness, and good ability to handle emergencies;
4. Fluent in English.
Pay: 150.000,00€ - 250.000,00€ per year
