Die Aufgabe der Abteilung Energy Asset Management bei Uniper ist die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Betriebsleistung unserer Anlagen, einschließlich Prozesssicherheit, Risikomanagement, Instandhaltung, Zustands
- und Zuverlässigkeitsanalyse sowie Informationssicherheit. Das Team ist außerdem für unsere strategische Lieferantenlandschaft verantwortlich. **Deine Aufgaben**
- Funktion als zentrale Kontaktperson für strategische Partner und Anbieter von Dienstleistungen für Betriebsanlagen
- Aktive Einbindung in unseren Wachstumsmotor, um Lieferanten für neue technologische Ausrüstungen und strategische Lieferanten für den Betrieb neuer Anlagen zu identifizieren, insbesondere für neue GTs, Wasserstoff, erneuerbare Energien, Energiespeicherung und Biokraftstoffe, in Zusammenarbeit mit und in Kooperation mit Asset Integration
- Bereitstellung von Qualitätsservices für Lieferanten, einschließlich technischer Spezifikationen für Verträge, Lieferanteninspektionen und -zertifizierungen sowie Hold-Point-Inspektionen für Materiallieferungen
- Aushandlung und Verantwortung von LTSAs für GT und Identifizierung von LTSA-Möglichkeiten für andere Technologien
- Verantwortlich für das Leistungsmanagement von Lieferanten, einschließlich HSSE-Leistung, Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Sicherheit
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung von hoher Qualität und niedriger Kosten
- Unterstützung und Förderung des Lead-Engine-Programms mit unseren OEM-Lieferanten, um den maximalen Wert für unsere Anlagen zu erzielen
- Analyse des Feedbacks von Energy Assets für mittelgroße und strategische Lieferanten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Qualitätsteams der Asset Services und mit den operativen Technologien

**Dein Profil**
- Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Kraftwerken oder anderen großen anlagenorientierten/technischen Unternehmen
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur Priorisierung und Planung komplexer Maßnahmen an verschiedenen Standorten und mit unterschiedlichen Ressourcen
- Schwerpunkt auf Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsmethoden und die Fähigkeit, Teams mit hoher technischer Kompetenz zu führen
- den Wunsch, mehrere Teams zu inspirieren und eine Vision und Strategie für die Durchführung der wichtigsten Aufgaben zur Sicherung unserer Vermögenswerte zu entwickeln
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
