Aufgaben:

- Partnership Management: Ausgeprägte Expertise für Zahlungsverkehr / eingebettete Finanzprodukte, mit der Fähigkeit, Partnerschaften für die attraktivsten Finanzdienstleistungen zu identifizieren und auszuhandeln, um diese an unsere Kunden zu verkaufen
- Durchführung gründlicher Marktanalysen, um lukrative Möglichkeiten für die Einbettung von Zahlungs
- und Finanzlösungen in das Aareon-Ökosystem zu identifizieren
- Bewertung potenzieller Wachstumsmöglichkeiten durch strategische Partnerschaften, Akquisitionen oder interne Entwicklung mit klaren Empfehlungen für den optimalen Weg
- Proaktive Suche und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu potenziellen Partnern und Aushandlung von Bedingungen, die mit den strategischen Zielen und Werten der Aareon übereinstimmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um eine nahtlose Integration und Implementierung von Zahlungslösungen zu gewährleisten
- Halte dich über Branchentrends und regulatorische Änderungen auf dem Laufenden, um sicherzustellen, dass Aareon Pay an der Spitze der Zahlungsinnovationen bleibt

Profil:

- Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise ein höherer Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zahlungsverkehrsbranche mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im Partnership Management und mit Produktstrategien in einem Start-up
- oder FinTech-Umfeld
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der europäischen Zahlungsverkehrslandschaft, verbunden mit Einblicken in aufkommende Trends und Technologien
- Außergewöhnliche analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeiten, um Chancen zu erkennen und überzeugende Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, fließende Beherrschung mehrerer Sprachen; sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen, leistungsstarken Umfeld und Anpassungsfähigkeit an sich verändernde Geschäftsanforderungen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche und in der Vermittlung von B2B- und B2B2C-Finanzprodukten
