Wir suchen zeitnah einen Head of Business Development (Mensch) zur Weiterentwicklung und Führung unseres 4-köpfigen Sales Teams (wachsend) am Standort Bonn.


**DEIN BEITRAG**

Als Head of Business Development liegt die Umsatzverantwortung und Gewinnung von Neukunden, insbesondere für den Abschluss mehrjähriger Software as a Service Verträgen, in Deiner Verantwortung.

Somit verantwortest Du:

- Die Gewinnung aller Neukunden für unsere Enterprise MarTech SaaS Lösung ELAINE.
- Den gesamten Neukundenumsatz

Um dieser Verantwortung gerecht zu werden,...
- baust und steuerst du die Sales-Maschine auf.
- entwickelst Du eine nachhaltige und systematische Sales Strategie.
- führst und unterstützt Du das Sales-Team, sodass wir gemeinsam erfolgreich sind

Du verantwortest und leitest das aktuelle Projekt zur Implementierung von Account Based Marketing (ABM).

In deiner Rolle als Head of Business Development berichtest Du direkt an den CEO und arbeitest besonders eng mit dem Marketing und Legal zusammen.


**WAS DU MITBRINGST**

Um unsere gesamte Neukundenakquise zu leiten und die Umsatzverantwortung zu übernehmen, musst Du folgende Erfahrungen gemacht haben:

- Du hast (Sales) Teams geführt und weißt auf individuelle Persönlichkeiten und somit Stärken und Schwächen einzugehen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb von komplexen Enterprise SaaS Lösungen.
- Du hast Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse der MarTech
- und CRM-Branche.
- Du kannst valide Sales Pipelines in allen Stages aufbauen, leiten und weiterentwickeln, auf Basis der Company-Ziele.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - für unsere Zielgruppe (B2B) ist es immens wichtig, dass Du Dich gewählt ausdrücken kannst, in Wort und Schrift.
- Regelmäßige Anwesenheit im Büro. Du wohnst - im Idealfall - in der Region Köln/Bonn.
