**Strategic Account Executive - Automotive Global OEM South**:
Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with one of our global Automotive OEM customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession
- Lead and empower account teams to deliver business growth, achieving high-volume sales and opening new opportunities for Microsoft and partners by executing GTM strategies based on proven methodologies.
- Articulate ideas to evolve and facilitate evolution of customer business model, using Microsoft capabilities to solve complex business problems and drive digital transformation that creates business value for customers. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives, expanding strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact and spread into other areas of the organization.
- Orchestrate high-impact solutions that showcase the value added by Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and ideas grounded on a deep understanding of industry trends and account needs. Bring greater ecosystem together with the customer to enrich customer's value to their customers.
- Proactively elevate stakeholder relationships and use Microsoft sales strategies through multiple levels of the customer's organization to secure buy-in and execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft. Use specific metrics to quantify impact and success.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's Degree and experience working in an industry (Automotive preferred) and/or driving digital transformation.

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and OEM landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience working with large global accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Preferred location is south of Germany, Munich, Stuttgart or Ingolstadt area
