We might be looking for you For our ever-evolving** Commercial Road Logistics team**, we currently offer the exciting position of **Management** **Assistant**. In this diverse and exciting role, you will assist our team in an administrative, proactive and organized way, to guarantee an effective and execution of all management support activities. This position is hybrid based in Duisburg, Germany and also offers the opportunity to work a few days per week remote. **How You Will Contribute**:

- Providing general administrative support for the Commercial team: calendar management, scheduling and preparing internal and external business meetings, booking conference rooms and managing contact lists;
- Creating spreadsheets, charts, presentations, or other visual aids to support presentations or other business needs;
- Preparing for management, including booking flights, arranging accommodations, purchasing tickets for events and consolidating/submitting travel expense reports;
- Daily point of contact for customers with regards to coordination and planning of business meetings, fairs or other events;
- Project coordination: preparing specific events, keeping track of ongoing project activities and timelines within the Commercial team and with customers;
- Filing documentations and maintaining records in an organized manner;
- Channeling feedback from customers on meetings and events in order to continuously optimize business support and customer relationships.

**Your Background & Key Qualifications**:

- Vocational or Bachelor Degree in the field of Administration, Commercial, Marketing, Sales or Commercial is strongly preferred;
- Relevant experience in the field of management assistance, business/department support and/or office management;
- Fluent in German language and professional working knowledge (spoken and written) in English language is a must, any other language proficiency is a plus;
- Familiar with working within an international, corporate organization and complex environment;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage high priority projects and daily tasks in parallel;
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, commitment and Committed, trustworthy and trustworthiness;
- Based in the Duisburg area with the ability to work hybrid (with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site, flexible work schedule);
- Minimum 4 days per week (80%) available, fulltime (100%) preferred;
- Flexibility to occassionally travel to off-site business meetings or events in the Europe region (Germany, Netherlands or the UK).
