For our team in Munich, we are currently looking for a

**Sales Operation Graduate**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up front sales proposals and negotiations with the customers across Europe and do contracts reviews internally.
- Advise Sales Managers on production and stock availability.
- Process orders and pro-forma invoices, managing on time delivery of orders in collaboration with Logistics Department.
- Assist customers on facilitating payment process and logistics operations.
- Follow up with payment and cash collection on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the customer contract compilation.
- Communication directly with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments.
- Reporting operational information to the required internal departments.
- Issue reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis summarizing the sales status.

**Requirements**:

- Recently graduated from a university degree in related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of previous experience within similar role.
- Some knowledge of international business environment, operations, and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage)
- Experience with ERP (Oracle or SAP) would be a plus.
- Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Strong bias for customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Languages**:
Excellent written and spoken English and German, other European language would be a plus.
