**Legal Counsel (M/F/d)**:
**Job Purpose**:
As a Legal Counsel you will provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. You will collaborate with various departments within the organization as needed.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Negotiate, draft and review contracts and legal documents
- Review marketing and advertising assets for compliance with applicable regulations
- Support customer experience teams in managing customer concerns, and in ensuring compliance with consumer rights legislation and contractual warranty provisions
- Coordinate with legal and commercial colleagues across the Genesis and Hyundai businesses to ensure consistent and coordinated outcomes
- Provide business minded and strategic legal advice and awareness raising to internal departments
- Educate and train employees of different areas to empower them to operate with the required legal knowledge for their areas
- Design, implement and monitor standards and processes to increase efficiency of legal operations of internal areas
- Contract and project management

You would also need to have:

- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a business corporation and/or an international law firm
- Fully qualified lawyer (university degree and admission to bar in Germany)
- International experience (EU) is considered advantageous
- Experience in the automotive industry and in-house legal operations is considered advantageous
- Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English required
