**Legal Operations Partner (M/F/d)**:
**Job Purpose**:
As a Legal Operations Partner, you will contribute to Legal Operations of the European Hyundai organization by providing strategic planning, financial management, project management, and technology expertise in order to enable legal and compliance professionals to focus on their core responsibilities and to serve their internal clients more effectively.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Develop and implement strategies, processes, technologies and other tangible actions that allow Hyundai’s European Legal and Corporate Risk Management Division (“LCR”) to manage risks and monitor compliance more effectively and to increase the value of services delivered to the Hyundai organization.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of legal and compliance professionals of Hyundai’s European organization.
- Define and drive initiatives to improve and consolidate the governance structure of Hyundai’s European wide legal and compliance operations.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for a data driven legal and compliance function.
- Work with department heads of legal and compliance to create and maintain annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with company’s and LCR’s objectives.
- Demonstrate value of LCR’s services by measuring and steering LCR’s performance based on metrics and analytics and reporting of relevant key performance indicators on a regular basis.
- Establish systems to enable the General Counsel and LCR’s Head of Departments to obtain information required to manage risks effectively.
- Strengthen the cooperation between LCR and legal and compliance functions of the Hyundai Group on a global scale and cross-functionally with other teams of Hyundai’s European organization.
- Identify, develop and implement operational tools and technologies to streamline new or existing operational practices.
- Develop and enforce processes and policies to improve outside counsel and legal spend management.
- Support financial and budget management of legal and compliance operations in partnership with LCR Department colleagues, outside counsels, finance divisions and other stakeholders of Hyundai’s organization.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies and best practices, making recommendations for improvement as needed

**_About you:_**:

- University degree (min. B.A.) that is relevant for the position
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in an international corporation (in-house) and/or in an international law firm
- Proven experiences and successes in legal operations and project management
- Excellent decision making, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and detail-orientation
- Strategic thinking
