We are currently looking for a Paralegal (m/w/d) in our Munich office, a key member of the Legal & Compliance team, who will also provide support to the HR team.

Your Role
- You will amend, prepare, format, print, and scan documents; obtain signatures and update the corporate database.
- Additionally, you will file and organize contracts and documents in electronic databases and physical archives.
- Another task is the forecasting and tracking of the departmental budget and the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
- Corresponding with law firms, authorities, courts, and external parties; organizing training sessions and assisting with onboarding.
- You will arrange meetings, book rooms, manage meeting technology, book travel, and manage expenses.

What we expect from you
- You have completed your training as a Paralegal or you have other comparable training, experience or qualifications relevant for the role
- Ideally, you have already worked as a Legal Coordinator, Paralegal or Legal Assistant in an international company or law firm for at least 2 years
- You have analytical skills, logical thinking ability and enjoy to work with data, technology and documents
- You are reliable and passionate to work with people and in an enthusiastic team
- You speak German and English fluently
