**The Position**:
Here you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international team that provides legal support to Boehringer Ingelheim's Human Pharma organization.
In your new role as an integral part of the Corporate Legal BioPharma Operations and GF&E team, you will support the lawyers on the team with their responsibilities to partner with, and provide legal and compliance advice and guidance to, the Global BioPharma Operations and GF&E business and functions.
This position is part time eligible with min 80%.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- As the primary first contact to the team for international business partners, you will assess the business partners’ needs for legal support and coordinate the involvement of the respective legal team resources.
- As a CorA Key User, you will be accountable for training new team members, access management, reports and be the central point of contact between CorA Support and CorA Users.
- Moreover, you will inform and keep the team updated on the implementation and use of existing and new IT systems and programs like DocuSign, SharePoint, MS Teams, CorA and OneNote and keeping those tools and info pools up to date.
- In close collaboration with other team members, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of presentations and training materials and managing the team's intranet presence.
- Furthermore, you will communicate with external law firms worldwide and manage invoices and billing processes, setup of purchase orders, and keep track of legal counsel spends within budget planning.
- Additionally, you will maintain the team's overall international schedule and be responsible for scheduling meetings/workshops and team travel arrangements e.g. bookings, expense reconciliation.
**Requirements**:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship as legal assistant or paralegal, office management assistant or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of record management and knowledge in MS Office, SAP, CorA, DocuSign, Concur, Talixo, Carmen, Invoicetrack, MDGx etc.
- Good independence with strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Integrity and the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team oriented, organized working style and a strong team spirit
- Ability to work in an international environment with a strong level of verbal and written communication skills in English and a good understanding of the German language
