**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Werde Teil unseres Teams**

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n **Head of People & Organisation (m/w/d)**, die/der Lust auf ein stark wachsendes Start-Up im InsurTech Sektor hat. Du hilfst dabei, ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld mit Raum für maximale Potentialentfaltung und Weiterentwicklung für alle Beteiligten zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Implementation und nachhalten einer ganzheitliche People & Organisation Strategie, die unsere “Employee Experience” auf die nächste Stufe bringt und gleichzeitig das Unternehmenswachstum sowie die individuelle Entwicklung aller Mitarbeitenden unterstützt
- Du bist Teil des apinity Leadership Teams und arbeitest eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Du bist für unsere Führungskräfte ein/e vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in bei sämtlichen Personalthemen und hilfst ihnen als Sparringspartner:in, ihre Führungsqualitäten weiterzuentwickeln
- Aufbau einer nachhaltigen und aussagekräftigen Reportingstruktur für den Bereich People & Organisation für ein daten
- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
- Du führst ein kleines, hochmotiviertes Team, entwickelst es weiter und hilfst dabei, tägliche Herausforderungen effektiv und effizient zu meistern und gemeinsam daran jeden Tag zu wachsen und gleichzeitig Spaß zu haben
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnise der rechtlichen Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der täglichen Mitarbeiterführung, der Verringerung rechtlicher Risiken und der Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften
- Du hast Erfahrung in internationaler Expansion von Startups und kennst dich sowohl im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, als auch im europäischen Arbeitsrecht gut aus
- Du konzipierst und implementierst langfristige Personal
- und Nachfolgeplanung, und kümmerst dich um den Aufbau langfristiger Kapazitäten und Beratung bei Umstrukturierungen & Erweiterung von Geschäftsbereichen
- Du leitest und setzt strategische Personalprojekte in den Bereichen Karriereentwicklung, Gehaltsstrukturen, Titelkonzepte, Learning & Development, Performance Evaluation und Gehaltsabrechnungsinitiativen um

**Dein Profil**:
Das bringst du mit:

- Du hast einen starken People & Organisation Track Record von mindestens 5-10 Jahren, idealerweise auch im Start-up/Scale-up Umfeld.
- Du bist entscheidungsstark, und fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und dein People Team mit einem hohen Maß an emotionaler Intelligenz zu motivieren, zu befähigen bzw. weiter auszubilden
- Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau, Konzeptionierung und der Implementierung von People-Themen:

- Review
- und Performance Prozess der kontinuierliches Feedback ermöglicht
- Gehaltsstrukturen und Titelkonzepte
- Aufbau einer Skill Matrix, um ein entsprechendes Training & Development Konzept zu erarbeiten
- People Analytics und/oder
- Employer Branding
- Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle und belastbare Arbeitsbeziehungen aufzubauen und sich somit als „Go-to-Person“ (gefragte/r Ansprechpartner:in) im Unternehmen zu etablieren
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Ideen in pragmatische und umsetzbare Lösungen zu überführen
- Datenorientiertes Verständnis für die Haupttreiber von Performance, Kultur und Mitarbeiterengagement sowie deren Wechselwirkung untereinander
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von deutschem und europäischen Arbeitsrecht
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
