**Dein Beitrag**
- **Unterstützung der Head of People & Culture**:Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben, Terminplanung und Organisation von Meetings
- **Korrespondenz und Kommunikation**: Verantwortlich für die schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation, sowohl intern als auch extern (u.a. Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten)
- **Datenmanagement**: Pflege und Verwaltung von personalrelevanten Daten, Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
- **Projektunterstützung**: Mitarbeit an Projekten

**Deine USPs**
- Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement o.ä.
- Du bringst eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
