Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Finance suchen wir ab sofort in München eine:n
- A/R Accountant / Debitorenbuchhaltung national (w/m/d)Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen die Abteilung Accounts Receivable & Collection im Bereich nationale Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Dabei übernehmen Sie die Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie die Bearbeitung von offenen Posten-Listen
- Sie korrespondieren mit unseren Kund:innen schriftlich und telefonisch in deutscher Sprache
- Sie erstellen und versenden Kontoauszüge an Kund:innen
- Sie führen den monatlichen Mahnlauf durch
- Sie holen Finanzauskünfte ein und geben Angebote, Aufträge und Kund:innen im ERP-System frei
- Zudem arbeiten Sie an verschiedenen Projekten mit
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Bankbuchführung, Debitorenbuchhaltung oder Forderungsmanagement
- Die MS-Office Anwendungen beherrschen Sie sicher und verfügen über Grundkenntnisse in CRM, idealerweise haben Sie bereits SAP Kenntnisse
- Sie sind durchsetzungsfähig, arbeiten selbständig, sorgfältig sowie sehr zuverlässig
- Eine gute und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit im Team ist Ihnen genauso wichtig wie uns
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
