- und Konsumentenforschung sucht SKILLs einen Research Director | Branchenleitung Mediaforschung (m/w/d) am Standort Wiesbaden oder hybrid - überwiegend Home Office bei 1-2 Tage pro Woche Vor-Ort-Präsenz möglich.
Unser Mandant ist mit seinen ca. 180-190 Mitarbeitern an mehreren Standorten in Deutschland und international in über 50 Märkten für führende Markenartikler, Industrieunternehmen und Dienstleister aus über 30 Schlüsselindustrien tätig. Darunter sind global agierende Konzerne ebenso wie mittelständische Firmen. Daneben forscht das Unternehmen für Organisationen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor und ist nach Umsatz das größte inhabergeführte und (seit Gründung vor über 35 Jahren) unabhängige Fullservice-Institut mit Hauptsitz in Deutschland (Context-Liste 2022) und gehört zu den Top 5 der Branche.
Bei der Position als Branchenleitung Mediaforschung geht es vor allem um die methodische Weiterentwicklung von unterschiedlichen individuellen Forschungsansätzen gepaart mit der Beratung namhafter Media-Kunden. In dieser Funktion würden Sie den Branchenlead übernehmen und fachlich von ca. 10 Kollegen/-innen profitieren.
Aufgaben
- Inhaltliche Entwicklung der bestehenden Studien (überwiegend Grundlagenstudien) im Bereich Mediaforschung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Auftraggebern
- Ideengeber für neue Forschungsansätze und Lösungen
- Fachliche Führung des Teams zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und fristgerechten Durchführung der Studien (CATI-F2F-Online)
- Sicherstellung der Kundenberatung und Geschäftsfeldentwicklung
Qualifikation
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der Mediaforschung (überwiegend quantitative Studien)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenmanagement und Beratung
- Idealerweise Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Ausbildung und Freude an einer verantwortlichen Aufgabe mit Gestaltungsspielraum
