**Job Opportunity: Marketing Specialist - EP Equipment, Cologne, Germany (on-site)**

EP Equipment, a global leader in the distribution of MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cologne. We are a fast-paced, innovative organisation, looking for creative individuals with a strong affinity for both online and offline social engagement. Your role will be to connect with individuals and businesses internationally, promoting EP Equipment's revolutionary approach to material handling.

**As our Marketing Specialist, you will**:

- Coordinate the needs of individual markets within the international marketing team.
- Proactively develop a marketing network to foster the development of localized content.
- Develop and deliver engaging content for our dealer community in written, video, and social media formats.
- Be prepared to travel to generate content across a variety of media platforms.

Your overarching goal as a Marketing Specialist is to amplify the vision of EP Equipment and facilitate effective multichannel communication with our network.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Expertise in creating engaging and dynamic content for various media platforms.
- Proficient understanding of social media strategies and platforms and understanding of creating engaging content.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with partners.
- Strong presentation and networking skills.
- Enthusiasm for events and event planning
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global marketing team.
- Must have a valid work permit for Germany if applicable.
