**Deine Aufgaben als Collections Specialist (m/w/d)
- Initiator - Bildung und Anleitung von strukturieren Working Groups, um bei Spezialfällen im Forderungsmanagement gemeinsam mit den involvierten Fachbereichen eine Klärung herbeizuführen
- Aufnahme der Kundenkommunikation auf Entscheider-Ebene für eine nachhaltige Klärung der Außenstände
- Verschriftlichung sowie Modellierung von Prozessen der Forderungsmanagementabläufe
- Fachlicher System Owner des Forderungsmanagementtools
- Initiierung sowie Leitung von Fachprojekten zur Verbesserung des Forderungsmanagements
- Erkennung sowie eigenständige Auflösung von Prozessstörungen
- Schaffung von Optimierungsgrundlagen durch Auswertung von Berichten & Reportings

**Qualifikationen**:
