This role supports the development and delivery of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategies solutions that address key challenges of Quantis clients, ensuring that the proposed delivery meets clients’ needs.

As a Sustainability Specialist at Quantis you will:

- Be responsible for technical execution of tasks in client projects with your solid knowledge of footprinting
- Develop credible, trusted relationships with client project contacts, guiding them from crafting the brief to developing ESG strategies, supporting ESG data collection & reporting, crafting communication and engagement solutions for internal workforce and customers.
- Support sustainability communications projects

- Reliably deliver error-free analyses and clearly communicate to clients and peers

**DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?**
- You’re motivated to put your technical expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- You have 2+ years relevant experience, ideally in a management consulting firm or a brand strategy consultancy, working on ESG strategy, strategic marketing communications, stakeholder engagement, change management projects.
- You have a passion for climate-related and sustainability topics
- You have a first professional experience performing, managing, interpreting and communicating on results and sustainability topics, in consulting, industry and/or academic context.
- You have some knowledge about CRSD, CDP reporting, ESG strategy design and development
- You can collect, process, manage and interpret data in a form that is understandable to audiences with varying levels of knowledge on sustainability.
- You’re able to generate valuable insights from analysis, and the preparation of clear and compelling reports and presentations of results.
- You have some knowledge of Footprinting / Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and interest in developing your related technical skills.
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- You’re motivated for teamwork and supporting a team.
- You have a Master’s degree in a science/engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

**AS A SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST - COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE**:

- Supporting strategy-related communications sustainability projects (including stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, communications strategy, and ESG reporting), including developing project materials, based on project scope and client needs, facilitating engagement workshops and hosting training sessions
- Collaborating with the project team to develop customized solutions to address clients’ sustainability-related challenges, developing client recommendations on sustainability with guidance from other Quantisians
- Reviewing client communications and sustainability materials and help shaping client’s sustainability strategy, framework and/or ESG report
- Supporting the project’s team to communicate compelling reports and presentations of analyses, results, insights, and recommendations
- Researching and drafting content for presentations, reports, and other communications
- Crafting communication and engagement solutions for internal workforce and customers.
- Supporting the project team in helping the clients in their understanding and implementation of solutions.
