- ab sofort**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Zusammen arbeiten wir jeden Tag an maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für große Online-Händler und Marktplätze und gestalten die Bezahllösungen von morgen. Der Fachbereich Legal bildet als interne Serviceeinheit eine zentrale Schnittstelle zu sämtlichen Fachbereichen bei Ratepay.
- Als
- **Datenschutzkoodinator / Data Protection Coordinator (m/w/d)** übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle die Weiterentwicklung und die Wirksamkeit des Datenschutzmanagement-System bei Ratepay sicherzustellen. Du berichtest direkt an unsere Teamlead Legal und stehst in enger Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Procurement, Compliance und IT.**Deine Verantwortungsbereiche sind**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen im Unternehmen und stetige Verbesserung des Datenschutzmanagements
- Du prüfst und pflegst die Dokumentation der Verfahren mit personenbezogenen Daten im Verarbeitungsverzeichnis und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung der Verfahrensbeschreibungen und Datenschutzfolgeabschätzungen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unseren externen Datenschutzbeauftragten und bei internen und externen Prüfungen
- Du berätst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen zu sämtlichen Datenschutz Themen und führst Datenschutzbewertungen, z.B. zu neuen Produkten durch
- Du erarbeitest und implementierst interne Richtlinien und führst regelmäßige Schulungen durch
- Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit der zuständigen Datenschutzbehörde

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Datenschutz oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Datenschutzmanagement oder der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise im FinTech-Umfeld
- Du hast ein fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) und Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG)
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und der Austausch innerhalb des Unternehmens und mit externen Stakeholdern liegt dir
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist gekennzeichnet von einer hohen Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt - du gehst Aufgaben stets strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und selbstständig an
- Dich zeichnen eine hohe Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit aus
- Sehr gute Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch wie Englisch in Wort und Schrift
