**Data Protection Correspondent (m/w/d)**

**Verantwortung übernehmen**:
Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Datenschutzbeauftragten in einem transversalen Team

Überwachung des regulatorischen Umfeldes rund um den Datenschutz

Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und Prozessen zur Einhaltung der datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen

Implementierung und Durchführung von Kontrollen

Regelmäßige Validierung des Verfahrensregisters und der Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen

Konstruktive Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und der Datenschützer in der ersten Verteidigungslinie bei der Durchführung neuer Projekte (Privacy-by-Design), falls erforderlich Vorschlag von datenschutzkonformen Alternativen

Teilnahme an bzw. Organisation von Committees, die einen datenschutzrechtlichen Beitrag erfordern, insbesondere die Unterrichtung der Geschäftsführung zu einschlägigen Risiken

Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Bearbeitung von Datenschutzverletzungen, insbesondere bei der Koordination aller Stakeholder und der Risikobewertung

Durchführung von Schulungsveranstaltungen zu verschiedenen datenschutzrechtlichen Spezialthemen

**Fähigkeiten, die überzeugen**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Relevante einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz

Zertifizierung (z.B. IAPP) wünschenswert

Erfahrung bei der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholder

Reisebereitschaft

Eigenständiger, genauer und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil

Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist

Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten

Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
