Folgende Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte erwarten Sie:
- Strategische rechtliche Beratung in den Bereichen Datenschutz und Cybersecurity
- Beratung bei nationalen und internationalen Datenschutzprojekten (Arbeitnehmerdatenschutz, Compliance von Produkten/Leistungen, Datenübermittlungen, Big Data) sowie IT-Outsourcing-Projekten
- Datenschutzbezogene Streitigkeiten mit einem Fokus auf Verfahren über Auskunftsgesuche von Betroffenen und Verfahren mit Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörden
- Entwicklung strategischer Compliance-Konzepte, einschließlich Implementierung der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung
- Beratung bei grenzüberschreitenden Datentransfers, insbesondere Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von Shared Service-Projekten und Due Diligence-Prüfungen bei Datentransfers in Drittländer
