Workday Absence Management Expert

Für unser Workday Team innerhalb des Bereichs HR Technologies suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n **Workday Absence Management Expert (all genders)**. In Vollzeit, deutschlandweit ein Hybrid-Modell ist möglich.
Was dich bei uns erwartet:
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen rund um unser Workday Absence Management, berätst zu den technischen Möglichkeiten und führst Tests durch
- Zusammen mit den Kolleg:innen aus dem Workday Team übernimmst du auch Aufgaben aus angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B. Reporting, Security, HCM)
- Du übernimmst Prozessanpassungen ggf. mit dem externen Support und kümmerst dich um die halbjährlichen Anpassungen (Test, Problemlösungen etc.) außerdem verantwortest die regelmäßige Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozessqualität und implementierst Anpassungen
- Du pflegst selbstständig deinen Aufgabenbereich und überwachst offene Prozesse im Absence Management (bspw. nicht zugewiesene Aufgaben)
- Du übernimmst den 3rd-Level Support (Tickets aus dem 1st & 2nd Level Support) und übergibst bei Bedarf Tickets an den 4th-Level Support (Erstellung, Kommunikation und Nachverfolgung)
- Du kümmerst dich um regelmäßige Schulungen für das Team und neue Kolleg:innen in deinem Schwerpunktbereich, informierst über Änderungen und Aktualisierungen und übergibst neue Inhalte an den 1st-Level Support
Was wir von dir erwarten:
- Du hast idealerweise 2 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung im Absence Management; eine Workday Absence Zertifizierung ist ein Plus, gerne auch weitere Workday Zertifizierungen/Kenntnisse
- Du kennst dich bestens in HR Management Prozessen aus und hast bereits als interne:r Berater:in und/oder in einem Beratungs-/Softwareunternehmen gearbeitet
- Du bist IT affin und hast eine Leidenschaft für die Lösung komplexer Anforderungen von verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Du hast als ein echter Teamplayer Spaß an der Unterstützung von Kolleg:innen, weisst genau was sie grade beschäftigt und schaust über deinen eigenen Tellerrand hinaus
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an analytischen Färigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement mit und arbeitest gerne fokussiert, detailorientiert und selbstständig an verschiedenen Projekten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
