As our in-house Payroll expert, you will be hands-on supporting your colleagues on the global payroll landscape. You will have an important role in designing and shaping our payroll operations. Working with your future colleagues in the People, Accounting and Finance teams, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our payroll processes.

**THE ROLE**:

- You will manage the end-to-end payroll processes for colleagues with multi-country operations
- You will own all aspects of German payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
- You will collaborate with external payroll providers for entities in other countries
- You will prepare and share payroll reports, including tax filings, wage statements, and year-end reports.
- Collaborating with the People team, you will ensure accurate employee data and seamless integration between payroll and HR systems.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, handling end-to-end payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of German payroll laws, taxes, and regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as DATEV, Netsuite or others.
- Proficient in using MS Excel for payroll calculations and data analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information.
