**Payroll Specialist**:
**Your working environment**: In the departments of the "Supporting Functions" you may not come into direct contact with our products, but with your expertise you contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our company. Only with colleagues from these structured, efficient and supportive departments, such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, IT and Communications, is it possible for us to grow beyond ourselves and achieve our goals as a company.
- ** Your tasks**:

- Keep personnel files, maintaining master data from joining to leaving the company
- Compile, assess and record payroll-relevant employee data in the SAP HCM payroll program
- Support and implement updates to the SAP HCM time management system
- Responsible for correct and timely payroll accounting
- Prepare information, certification and reporting obligations, e.g. vis-à-vis social insurance, tax office and authorities
- Contact person for employees and managers on payroll-related issues
- Post payroll data and maintain and reconcile financial accounts
- Contact person for company audits
- Collaborate on analyses and reports and other statistics for specified business areas
- Cooperate with SAP consultants in the areas of payroll and time management
- Actively cooperate and support various HR projects

**Your qualifications**:

- Business management training, further training as a payroll accountant or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting as well as in labor, tax and social security law
- Experienced with SAP HCM in the payroll accounting, personnel administration and time management modules

**Your skills**:

- Independent and diligent way of working, reliability, sense of responsibility
- High service focus and enjoyment of daily contact with colleagues
