To support our continued growth, we are now hiring a Junior Distribution Sales Representative (M/F/d) to drive sell through, brand share and preference for HP-Poly in major Distribution Partners in DACH. These are field based roles involving 50% travel with an office base in Germany. This role would ideally suited to a graduate in business administration (including sales / marketing) with two year’s work experience and who is interested in pursuing a career in Sales.

Please note that this is a temporary (24-month) contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving sell through of HP-Poly hardware and services through named Distribution Partners
- Co-ordinating and driving business plan execution with the Partner Sales Team
- Representing HP-Poly on the sales floors of named Distribution Partners
- Supporting Account Managers in named Distribution Partners selling HP-Poly by driving the Distribution plan
- Promoting HP-Poly products to Account Managers in named Distribution Partners selling HP-Poly
- Running focus days for HP-Poly in named Distribution Partners
- Driving promotion and offers for HP-Poly in named Distribution Partners
- Introducing new products for HP-Poly in named Distribution Partners
- Running training days for HP-Poly in named Distribution Partners
- Being aware of competitive activity in named Distribution Partners
- Driving brand share and preference for HP-Poly
- Gathering market insights and building plans to outmaneuver our competitors

**Education and Experience Required**:

- University or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers on given products
- Ideally first Sales experience
- Inside Account experience of large commercial of moderate to large complexity
- Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- IT awareness and entry level solution development capability
- Can differentiate between own offerings and what competitors offer using marketing information
- Applies specialized knowledge to assess client's business and identify opportunities to extend current business in the account
- Work as a member of a team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunities
- Ability to provide account planning support to sales team
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the value proposition for the customer
- Product demonstration, customer training, and product installation skills
- Be able to utilize resources effectively in or order to pursuit revenue generating opportunities in the account
- Enough knowledge about product and services to be able to sell transactionally
- Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on a product and services basis
- Competitive selling skills
