**Your tasks**:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers and help us maintain the good image of the company by helping our customers with their problems in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Be the point of contact for our carriers so that with their help we can find a quick solution to our customers' problems.
- You will actively and proactively communicate with other departments to find necessary information for our customers.
**Your profile**:
- Initial customer service experience (desirable, but not required)
- Fluent in the following languages: German C1, English B2/C1, French and Italian are a plus
- Demonstrate stress tolerance and patience when communicating with our customers. Showing empathy towards our customers and understanding of their needs and problems is crucial to us.
- Basic knowledge of computer usage and ability to learn new programs and portals
