**YOUR PROFILE**
- 1-3 years of experience as a customer care specialist/junior customer care manager
- Previous work experience in a company with a focus on B2B customers.
- Hubspot knowledge is desirable but not a must. Other ticketing systems are also relevant
- You work independently, learn quickly, and have a solution-oriented personality
- You are resilient and don‘t let yourself get disturbed, even in stressful situations
- You are customer-focused. However, you also carry a clear business view of relevant causes and effects when working on solving their issues
- You are business fluent in German and English.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You respond to complex customer requests related to products, orders and deliveries on our service channels
- You will lead the resolution of escalated complaints and issues from our customers
- The customer and their satisfaction are the focal points for you, and you ensure a great customer journey
- You will ensure that our quality standards are met, especially concerning how we deal with our customers and the issues they report to us
- You act as the go-to person and interface between internal departments, significantly contributing to our service‘s further development with your customer insights
- You provide constructive feedback to our tech teams to optimise internal processes and the customer experience continuously
