Moderne Qualitätssicherung mit den Themen rund um Metrologie und Inspektion sind heute unverzichtbarer Bestanteil der industriellen Produktion. Mit diversen Sensoren erfassen sie auf den Mikrometer genau die Produkteigenschaften zur Sicherstellung der höchsten Qualität. In der Business Unit Metrology Systems vom ZEISS Industry Quality Solution am Standort Oberkochen suchen wir für den Bereich der Sensorentwicklung einen engagierten und technikaffinen Leiter Entwicklung Sensorik (m/w/x) Das sind Deine Aufgaben- Sie leiten disziplinarisch eine Entwicklungsabteilung mit 3 Teams und ca. 25 - 30 Mitarbeiter. Darüber hinaus haben Sie eine fachliche Führung eines Entwicklungsteams im Ausland sowie externer Partner- Sie berichten direkt an den Leiter der Business Unit und bilden mit den anderen Entwicklungsleitern das Management Team der Business Unit, welches in enger Zusammenarbeit an einer strategischen und technologischen Entwicklung des Bereiches arbeitet- Als Profi koordinieren und steuern Sie Entwicklungsaktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklungsleiter und sorgen für eine termin-, kosten-, fertigungs
- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung- Mit Ihrer hohen organisatorischen Kompetenz planen Sie die Ressourcen in Ihrem Bereich und sorgen für eine permanente Skill
- und Teamentwicklung und einen zielgerichteten Kompetenzaufbau

Ihr Profil- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau (Konstruktion), Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik- Führungserfahrung in der Produkt¬entwicklung in der Mess-, Regelungs
- u./o. Mikrosystemtechnik- Vorliebe für Mikromechanik u./o. Optik sowie ein Gespür für aktuelle Marktentwicklungen im Bereich Elektronik, Übertragungstechnik und Informationstechnologie- Leidenschaft für technische Innovationen und Neuentwicklungen sowie hohe Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themen und sichere Bewertung derer Potentiale und Hemmnisse- Hands-on-Mentalität als auch hohe Motivation, Kreativität und die Leidenschaft, die Menschen selbst und als Team zu entwickeln
