LOOKSfilm produziert seit 1995 preisgekrönte Serien, Dokumentationen und Spielfilme für den internationalen Markt. Zu unseren Kunden zählen bekannte VoD-Plattformen und Sender weltweit. Unser festes Team arbeitet unter anderem an den Standorten Leipzig, Berlin und Hannover. Historische Stories sind unsere Leidenschaft.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Entwicklung und Konzeption neuer Projekte: von der Themen
- und Protagonist:innen-Recherche über das Verfassen von Exposés und Treatments bis hin zum Pitching
- Du stehst in engem Kontakt zu unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden (Fernsehsender, Plattformen etc.) und unseren Ko-Produzent:innen
- Du unterstützt uns bei Förderanträgen für Entwicklungsprojekte
- Du kümmerst dich um erste Archiv
- und Bildrecherchen zu neuen Projekte
- Du fertigst Texte und Präsentationsmaterialien für die Distribution unserer Entwicklungsprojekte an

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Du verfügst
- ber ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Film und TV, Geschichte, Medien
- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Literaturwissenschaft oder einer artverwandten Geisteswissenschaft
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Texten gesammelt, sei es in einer Redaktion, auf einem Blog oder als Autor:in literarischer Texte
- Du verfügst über ein ausgezeichnetes Sprachgefühl und kannst Geschichten so erzählen, dass sie Menschen in ihren Bann ziehen
- Deine Texte sprühen vor Kreativität, Wissen und Witz, sind aber auch strukturiert, stringent und überzeugend geschrieben
- Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen und Geschichten und interessierst dich für historische Themen und dokumentarische Formate
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst dich problemlos in neue Themenfelder einarbeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischen-Kenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ebenfalls willkommen
