**Zusammenfassung der Rolle**: Als Development Architekt spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung hochskalierbarer und robuster Systemarchitekturen. Ihre Expertise trägt maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologieplattform bei und sorgt dafür, dass wir zukunftssichere Lösungen entwickeln, die den höchsten Standards entsprechen.

**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Als Development Architekt entwerfen und implementieren Sie innovative Softwarelösungen und Systemarchitekturen. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Entwicklungsteams sowie anderen Fachbereichen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Anwendungen skalierbar, zuverlässig und effizient sind. Zudem identifizieren und lösen Sie komplexe technische Herausforderungen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse bei. Ihre Arbeit erstreckt sich über eine Vielzahl von Produkten, Tools und Services, die für die interne IT des Unternehmens entwickelt werden müssen.

**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**:

- Entwurf und Implementierung von Systemarchitekturen und Softwarelösungen für verschiedene Produkte, Tools und Services
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und anderen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit von Anwendungen
- Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Best Practices und Standards in der Softwareentwicklung
- Entwicklung von Tools zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Zugriffsrechten
- Integration des Commerce Systems einer Cloud Platform mit dem ERP und CRM des Unternehmens

**Das solltest du mitbringen**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwarearchitektur oder einer verwandten Rolle
- Fähigkeit, in einem sehr volatilen Umfeld zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, sowohl in agilen als auch in Top-Down-Methoden (z.B. Wasserfallmodell, V-Modell, V-Modell XT)
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von agilen Methoden im Team
- Kenntnisse in gängigen Programmiersprachen wie Java, C#, Go und anderen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Konzepten und Dokumentationen
- Vertrautheit mit Azure und eventgetriebenen Systemen
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in modernen Technologien und Frameworks (z.B. Microservices, Cloud-Computing)
- Erfahrung mit Architekturdesign und -bewertung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
