**Mission deiner Rolle**

Als Head of Sales leitest du unseren starken Inbound Sales und du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau eines Outbound Sales Teams. Innerhalb des Teams agierst du als Berater*in und Mentor*in, trägst zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams bei und hilfst so die Umsatzziele zu erreichen.

**Das Arbeiten im Sales-Team und deine **To-Do's**:

- Du bist Führungskraft und Coach*in für die Teamleads im Sales.
- Du baust den Teil des Sales-Teams auf, der den größten Einfluss auf proaktive Neukund*innengewinnung innehat.
- Du hilfst uns die Werkzeuge und Prozesse aufzustellen, die ein Outbound Team für gute Arbeit benötigt.
- Gemeinsam mit dem C-Level erarbeitest du quantitative und qualitative Ziele für das Sales Team.
- Du sorgst für bestmögliche Rahmenbedingungen im gesamten Sales-Team, damit die Ziele erreicht werden. Dazu zählen insbesondere das Hiring, die Führung (inkl. Entwicklungsgespräche) und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
- Selbstkritisch bewertest du interne Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Verbesserungsvorschläge.
- Du begleitest aktuelle Deals und stehst dem Team dabei beratend zur Seite.
- Du behältst stets einen guten Überblick über die Deal-Pipeline und kannst zukünftige Umsätze zuverlässig abschätzen. Bei wichtigen Events und Verhandlungen vertrittst du gastromatic und bist Repräsentant*in des Sales-Teams.

**Erkennst du dich selbst wieder?**
- Ich habe mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in SaaS-SMB Sales
- Ich habe schon einmal erfolgreich an den “Long Tail” im SMB verkauft
- Ich habe schon mal im High Growth Setting (VC oder PE backed) erfolgreich ein Outbound Sales-Team aufgebaut.
- Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für Sales und bilde mich regelmäßig in dem Bereich weiter. Gleichzeitig verfüge ich über eine hohe Technikaffinität.
- Ich bin ein kommunikativer, empathischer, offener und lösungsorientierter Mensch.
- Nie ohne mein Team: Zusammen mit motivierten Kolleg*innen kann ich noch mehr aus meiner Arbeit rausholen.
- Ich fühle mich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und wachse mit meinen Herausforderungen.
- Ich habe großes Interesse an den Themen Teamführung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Leadership im Allgemeinen und verbinde Teamführung & Management mit starker Execution.
- Ich fuchse mich gerne in Themen rein und eigne mir schnell neues Wissen an.
