**Deine Herausforderungen**:
Vervollständige unser HR Team und verwirkliche Deine beruflichen Ziele als Head of HR bei B&K Vibro. Wenn Du zu einer modernen und strategisch ausgerichteten HR beitragen möchtest, bist Du bei uns genau richtig
Als Head of HR trägst Du die Gesamtverantwortung über unser HR Department und betreust gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Standorte in Deutschland, Dänemark und USA. Hierbei berätst Du unsere Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und bringst Dein Fachwissen in die Position ein. Mit Deiner Expertise setzt Du das operative HR Management effizient um und verantwortest das unternehmensweite Recruitung. In Deutschland bist Du darüber hinaus der erste Ansprechpartner für den Betriebsrat und arbeitest mit ihm gemeinsam vertrauensvoll an den verschiedenen HR Themen. Abschließend verantwortest Du das Talent Management Review sowie das Succession Planning und unterstützt dabei unsere Führungskräfte weltweit.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du kannst Menschen überzeugen und begeistern, für Veränderungen gewinnen und findest durch Deine offene und zuverlässige Art schnell Vertrauen auf den verschiedenen Ebenen einer Organisation.
- Du hast eine Hochschulausbildung bspw. zum Master of Science (M.Sc) der Fachrichtung Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
- Du bringst weitergehende Fachkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie im Bereich Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsratsgremien gesammelt und bringst eine langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Umgebung mit, idealerweise im Tarifumfeld eines global tätigen und produzierenden Unternehmens.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Teams geführt.
- Neben Deutsch sprichst Du fließend Englisch.
- Kommunikation, Zielstrebigkeit, Umsetzung und Gestaltungswillen gehören zu Deinen Assets.
