KeyTasks and Responsibilities

CSGroup Germany GmbH is looking for a Head of Accounting &Controlling, reporting directly to the CFO of the Space BusinessUnit and working closely with the local Director of Operations. Youwill strengthen and develop the Finance team in Germany, providinga strong core to our next stage ofdevelopment.

Your responsibilities willinclude:

  • Management of controlling andfinancial accounting;
  • Responsible for themonthly reporting and the annual financial auditedaccounts;
  • Close cooperation with Managers andother stakeholders;
  • Further development ofreporting and control processes;
  • Management ofthe Financial Accountingteams.
Skills &Experience

You will have thefollowing qualifications and relevantexperience:

  • Bachelor's in Accountingor Controlling;
  • At least 3-5 years’ relatedexperience preferably in a large, multinational environment andbring experience in working with corporate reportingtools;
  • Strong communication, analyticalthinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Teamplayer and have a proactive mentality;
  • Fluencyin German and English; written, oral and presentationskills;
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills,which allow you to interact and develop strong professionalrelationships.
