The function of the Unit Lead Campaign Management (M/F/d) is crucial in the process of 360 degree content development as the Unit Lead oversees the whole content development process from project management side, starting from the briefing to internal or external agencies, to shooting operations until delivery of the master assets. In close alignment with the Head of Creative leads the strategic agencies partners and internal teams to delivery in brief, time and budget, always with the eyes of the customers. This role is responsible for all content creation and for the delivery of all aspects of the Marketing Mix in a 360-degree digital first manner, in order to drive digital growth, traffic, conversion and brand image and recognition for the C&A brand.

**Your Responsibilities at C&A**
- Holds the responsibility to deliver digital first and consumer qualified campaigns in quality, time and budget
- Leads the internal Creative team pre-, during and post shoot with project management until final master asset, to hand over to delivery team
- Building of strong relationships with merchant counterparts and Customer Insights team in order to improve consumer relevant driven storytelling in the entire Marketing Mix
- Tracks and evaluates outcome of campaigns from a Marketing view in order to generate learnings for future activities
- Leads external agencies and internal creative teams for marketing campaign execution in close collaboration with Head of Creative
- Coordinates the development of 360 activation ideas into compelling and competitive 360 campaigns in collaboration with respective agencies, internal creative resources, and incorporating input from dedicated channel experts (Brand Design, PR, Social Media, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising)

**What we expect from you**
- Degree ideally in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of dedicated work in marketing project management, content management, campaign management, or advertising with leadership experience of min. 3 years
- Digital or ecommerce experience track record in fashion or lifestyle environment preferred
- Visionary thinker with integrative personality, able to drive digital change & mindset
- Strong process management and agency steering skills
- Open minded to continuous change and improvement
- Fluent in English, preferably fluent in one more language
