Shipping Associate

**Title**:
Kit Assembler

**Job Purpose**:

- To prepare client specific collection kits for shipment to ensure kit supply timelines are met
- Inventory control of materials for kit specific productions
- Measurement of service failures and deliverables
- Accountable to complete tasks in compliance with MARKEN procedures and policies

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assembly of protocol specific collection materials for site initiation and re-supply according to supply orders and production orders
- Ensure all lot and expiry dates are consistent
- Preparing and printing of study specific production orders, barcode labels, RQFs, documents and manuals
- Compiling of collection materials out of stock according to supply and production orders.
- Close cooperation/support with Supply Chain Management in day-to-day activities
- Prepare sub-assemblies required for collection kits, if necessary
- Perform quality control checks on orders produced
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels and stock rotation
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the business needs
- Responsible for fundamental teamwork in co-operation with others
- Required to work efficiently to the standards of the department
- Responsible to keep work area clean and safe
- Close Cooperation with Shipping Department and support, if necessary
- Shipping, receiving of packages
- Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work; treatment of all substances with relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others; immediate notification if health status changes in a way that is detrimental to studies
- Compliance, development, review and revision (if necessary) of SOPs
- Compliance with and work according to MARKEN Germany Miami GmbH quality policies

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary school diploma or relevant experience

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Basic analytical problem-solving skills are required in identifying and alerting others to operational problems
- Fundamental communication skills are required to convey and clarify routine information
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group - team orientation
- Good organization and time management skills
