Ziel unseres Bereiches Business & Technology Solutions ist es, eine Brücke zwischen Business und Technology zu bilden. Dabei gilt es, sowohl Business als auch Technology Trends zu verstehen, die Auswirkungen auf unsere Kunden abzuleiten sowie das Zusammenspiel von Business und Technology zur Erreichung von Wettbewerbsvorteilen aktiv zu gestalten.

Als Head of Insurance (w/m/d) dieser Einheit prägst du somit die Anpassung des gesamten Capgemini Portfolios an die konkreten Anforderungen unserer Accounts im Bereich Insurance. Du bist verantwortlich für das entsprechende Beratungsangebot, den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Beratung. Darüber hinaus trägst du auch durch deine aktive Mitarbeit in komplexen, internationalen Projekten dazu bei, den Gesamterfolg weiter auszubauen.

- Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem Bereich Financial Services zu allen Fragen der Modernisierung oder Einführung zukunftsfähiger IT-Lösungen basierend auf Individual
- oder Standardsoftware
- Begleitung bei der Einführung neuer Kernsysteme in die Anwendungslandschaft bei Versicherungen durch Unterstützung in Kundenprojekten
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für fachliche und technische Themen in Beratungs
- und Umsetzungsprojekten
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounts sowie Marktbearbeitung und Portfolioausrichtung in Abstimmung mit anderen Führungskräften
- Positionierung unseres Portfolios bei Kunden und Stakeholdern sowie aktive Begleitung der Sales-Prozesse

**Dein Profil**
- Langjährige Berufs
- sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche / im Beratungsumfeld, mehrjährige Projekterfahrung
- Sales-Affinität und dadurch tiefes Verständnis für das Zustandekommen und die Gestaltung von Geschäften
- Ausgezeichnete Networking-Fähigkeiten und ein ausgereiftes Netzwerk innerhalb der Branche
- Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick, auch auf Führungsebene
- Sicheres Englisch sowie Freude an globaler, interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
