**Ihre Rolle**:
Zusammen mit ihren KollegInnen im Einkaufsteam stellen Sie die Versorgung für benötigte technische Güter und Dienstleistungen sicher. Sie kooperieren eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, sind der Kontakt für Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten bezüglich des operativen Bestellprozesses und unterstützen ihre strategischen EinkaufskollegInnen insbesondere bei der Stammdatenpflege und bei der Optimierung der Bestellprozesse.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Zuordnung von Bedarfsanforderungen zu bestehenden Bezugsquellen.
- Sie betreiben Low Value Sourcing (Einholung von Angeboten).
- Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehört ebenso die Bestellschreibung und -anpassung im ERP System.
- Des Weiteren kümmern Sie sich um die Bestellüberwachung und das Mahnwesen.
- Die Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen sowie die Reklamationsabwicklung mit Lieferanten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Stammdatenpflege und unterstützen bei strategischen Einkaufstätigkeiten.
**Ihre Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen**:
- Nach Ihrer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung konnten Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld des Einkaufs sammeln.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP sind Sie versiert.
- Mit Ihren sehr guten Deutsch
- sowie guten Englischkenntnissen gewährleisten Sie einen professionellen Austausch.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eigenverantwortliches Handeln, eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus.
- Ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, gute Organisationsfähigkeit sowie kooperatives Verhalten im Team runden Ihr Profil ab.
