In dieser zentralen Führungsrolle verantworten Sie maßgeblich die strategische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Ersatzteilversorgung für die weltweite Flotte der Windkraftanlagen im Nordex Service.
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines interkulturellen Experten-Teams mit derzeit 16 Mitarbeitern in Deutschland und Spanien, davon 7 „direct reports“ einschließlich einer Gruppenleitung mit 9 unterstellten Teammitgliedern
- Strategische und organisatorische Ausrichtung der Abteilung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vice President Global Spare Parts Management und den weiteren Führungskräften des Bereichs (Business Development)
- Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung der abteilungsinternen Projekte, insbesondere mit Bezug auf Organisationsentwicklung und/oder IT (Project Management)
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlenreportings sowie Durchführung von Daten
- und Prozessanalysen
- Pflege und fortlaufende Optimierung des Stammdaten
- und Stücklistenmanagements in SAP

**IHR PROFIL**

Der perfekte Kandidat (m/w/d) hat mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen eines global agierenden Maschinenbauunternehmens oder einer Prozess
- / Strategieberatung. Fundiertes Denken in SAP-Strukturen rundet das Profil ab.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts
- und Ingenieurwissenschaften vorzugsweise mit den Schwerpunkten Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Logistik
- Alternativ vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifikation und mehrjährigen Praxiskenntnissen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement und der Leitung von internationalen Projekten
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Praxiskenntnisse in der Optimierung von standortübergreifenden Lager
- und Versandprozessen einschließlich externer Logistikdienstleister (Supply Chain Management)
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch, Spanisch wäre ein Bonus
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in SAP ECC (primär Module MM, PP und SD) und MS Office, möglichst ergänzende Expertise in SAP S/4HANA sowie JD Edwards
- Routinierte Anwendung von Präsentations
