**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist für den Aufbau und die Leitung unseres unternehmensweiten Operational Excellence Programms als Vordenker*in, Treiber*in, Coach*in und Macher*in verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst das langfristige Zielbild in Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie weiter, leitest die Jahresziele ab und stellst die Ergebnisse sicher
- Du leitest nationale und internationale Projekte zur Implementierung schlanker Ablauf
- und Aufbauorganisationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen
- Du führst Workshops zu komplexen, strategisch bedeutsamen Themen (z.B. Global Production Footprint) auf Geschäftsleitungsebene durch
- Du überträgst erfolgreiche Strategien, Methoden und Tools aus anderen Industrien zur Realisierung eines schlanken Unternehmens
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst standardisierte Projektmanagement
- und Optimierungsmethoden weiter
- Du erarbeitest und wendest Lean Qualifizierungsmodulen an, bildest Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte aus, baust dezentrale KVP-Organisationen auf und führst diese fachlich

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens oder der Betriebswirtschaft mit starker technischer Affinität
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Veränderungsprojekte und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen nach der Lean Philosophie mit
- Du hast umfangreiche Methodenkompetenz in Lean Tools, Problemlösetechniken, Projektmanagement, Präsentation und Moderation
- Du kannst idealerweise Erfahrung im Aufbau von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen nachweisen
- Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte starke strategische Kompetenz gehören zu deinen Charaktereigenschaften
- Du denkst und handelst prozess
- und umsetzungsorientiert
- Mit fließenden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen bist du optimal auf die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld vorbereitet
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft gehört für dich dazu
