**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**

Der Industry Strategy Solution Associate (f/m/d) wird eng mit dem Industry Strategy Lead zusammenarbeiten. Er berichtet an den Head of New Business & Industry Strategy innerhalb der SAP CMSO (Chief Solution Marketing and Solutions Organization) Industries & CX.

Zu den Aufgaben werden gehören
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der unternehmensweiten Industriestrategie und der Umsetzung strategischer Programme durch Analysen.
- Aufbereitung strategischer Analysen und Themen für interne Markt
- und Trendberichte zur Verteilung im breiteren Unternehmenskontext.
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Umsetzungsentscheidungen für das SAP Industries & CX Management Team.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung des SAP-Branchenlösungsportfolios.
- Mitarbeit an allgemeinen Strategieprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams innerhalb des Konzerns.

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen mit Datenanalysetools, um Markt
- und Technologietrends sowie Geschäftsprobleme von Kunden zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten.
- Gute bis sehr gute schriftliche, mündliche und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Teamsprache).
- Interesse und Motivation, Technologien und Geschäftsprobleme zu verstehen und zu kombinieren, um neue Lösungen für die SAP und ihre Kunden zu entwickeln.
- Fähigkeit nach kurzer Anleitung selbständig und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten.
- Offenheit für die Arbeit in diversen Teams in globalen Strukturen.
- Fähigkeit zur virtuellen Arbeit.
- MBA oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.

**BERUFSERFAHRUNG**
- Idealerweise Praktika in einer Strategieberatung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.

Der Auftrag des New Business & Industry Strategy Teams (NBIS) innerhalb der CMSO Industries & CX Organisation beinhaltet verschiedene Schlüsselaufgaben:

- Entwicklung der branchenübergreifenden und unternehmensweiten Strategie für den Bereich SAP Industries: Dies umfasst die Definition und Abstimmung der Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit den Industry Business Units (IBUs) und anderen relevanten Teams wie dem Product Engineering Team, der Vertriebsorganisation, Marketing und Solutions oder dem dem Partner Ecosystem Team.
- Durchführung von branchenübergreifenden Analyse: Mit einem Fokus auf einen Zeithorizont von 3 bis 5 Jahren werden relevante Trends erforscht und sowohl intern als auch extern kommuniziert.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Markteinführung neuer Lösungen: Das Team hilft bei der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen und fördert deren Durchsetzung auf dem Markt.
- Förderung von branchenübergreifenden Innovationsprogrammen: Dies geschieht in Zusammenarbeit mit den Branchenteams, um neue Themen, wie Nachhaltigkeit, Künstliche Intelligenz oder Geschäftsnetzwerke im jeweiligen Branchenkontext am Markt zu positionieren.
- Definition und Verwaltung des strategischen Branchenlösungsportfolios: Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Pflege des übergreifenden Portfolios an Branchenlösungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Innovationsstrategie: Das NBIS unterstützt das Führungsteam des SAP Industries & CX Teams bei der Ausarbeitung einer effektiven und nachhaltigen Innovationsstrategie.
