**What you´ll do**

As a member of the Cross Portfolio & Strategic Initiatives Team, your role will focus on supporting and partially driving cross-portfolio related projects as well as strategic initiatives with an emphasis on driving execution.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Actively support and partially drive project management related activities in projects, which are mainly of strategic nature and have management attention, leveraging problem-solving skills including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and helping to implement change.
- Actively support the definition and continued improvement cycle of a targeted engagement model for M&S
- Provide input to regular business review meetings
- Support the strategic initiatives, processes, and related review cycles, proactively engage in planning discussions, as well as KPI monitoring.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the M&S business units on a continuous basis
- Support the analysis of market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs and product strategies
- Support the evolution of the M&S Cross Portfolio & Strategic Initiatives area

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or related field, Masters is a plus
- 0-2 years of Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects) - preferably within SAP and ideally across multiple board areas and/or disciplines

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and management in English

- Demonstrate an optimistic can-do attitude and a creative growth mindset
- Experience in the IT Industry as well as in SAPs product portfolio, across the value chain (development, sales, services, operations, support) is a plus
- Strong team player with the mind-set to work in a small, high-impact team
- Ability to operationalize and continuously improve cross functional processes and organizational setup in large organizations
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

The purpose of the board area ‘Marketing & Solutions’ is to strengthen SAP’s go-to-market approach with a focus on product, industry and digital marketing. By uniting Global and Regional Marketing, Global Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, as well as Industry & Customer Advisory teams, SAP will not only achieve simpler alignment, but also stronger demand generation for our products and solutions.

The M&S Cross-Portfolio & Strategic Initiatives Team ensures that topics with no clear ownership in a single Solution Area get the right level of attention. It serves as the strategic partner to unlock the value of our integrated solution experiences along the end-to-end business processes and defines the scope and strategic focus for M&S to drive the realization and commercialization of our cross-portfolio initiatives, all in support of making the Intelligent Enterprise a reality at our customers. It ensures that our cloud suite embodies the ONE SAP value proposition and is compliant with customers’ sovereignty requirements.
This role will report to the Head of Cross-Portfolio Marketing & Solution Management and will engage with business unit leaders across functional areas.
