For our location in Dortmund we are immediately looking for a Trainee Sales & Commercial Operations (M/F/T).

**Our two-year trainee program offers you**:

- Interdepartmental assignment with a focus on sales-oriented work
- Participation in the development and optimization of new processes and tools in cooperation with other departments within the facility
- Active cooperation with international Flowserve locations for the development & optimization of sales-oriented business processes
- Support in looking after of our international customers in our facility or on site if required

**Furthermore**:

- Participation in exciting and challenging interdisciplinary projects of the entire site
- Stations in different sales, construction and production areas as well as connected relevant departments
- Possibility to work abroad at our locations in the EMA (Europe,Middle East, Africa) region
- Participation in additional training courses (product training, project management, lean training, software training such as ANSYS (FEA), CAD or other calculation and design tools)
- Continuous support from a personal mentor

**Your qualification and experience profile**:

- Successfully completed degree in Sales Engineering and Product Management (SEPM), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment, thermodynamics and sales and project management is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality when solving technical problems
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as SAP & CRM tools
- High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm
- Customer oriented action
